Glazed Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup strawberry jelly
• 2 tablespoons red wine (or cassis)
• 1 1/2 pints strawberries, hulled
• 9 inches graham cracker pie crust
• 1 cup whipped cream

Recipe

• 1 in a small saucepan, cook jelly with cassis over medium heat, stirring until jelly melts, about 1 minute.
• 2 arrange strawberries pointed ends up close together in pie shell. brush berries with glaze.
• 3 refrigerate until glaze begins to set, at least 15 minutes or up to 4 hours.
• 4 cut into slices and serve topped with whipped cream.
