Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberry, hulled
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 6 large basil leaves
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 slice 3 or 4 berries and set aside. puree the remaining berries, sugar, basil, water and salt in a blender. put the reserved sliced berries in the ice-pop molds and pour the blended mix over them. freeze.
