Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 brown the onion and garlic in the olive oil.
- 2 add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour or until thick enough for you!
