- 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, firmly packed
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 purée ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- 2 pour mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing hard on solids, then discarding them.
- 3 serve over ice.
