Melon Granita

Total Time: 3 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups cantaloupe or 4 cups honeydew melon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Recipe

  • 1 purée melon in food processor.
  • 2 add sugar and lime juice; pulse until sugar is dissolved.
