Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups honey
- 1 cup clear apple juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 ounces liquid pectin
Recipe
- 1 combine honey, apple juice and lemon juice in a large pan.
- 2 bring the mixture to a boil over high heat and stir in the liquid pectin.
- 3 bring to a full boil again and boil for one minute.
- 4 remove from heat, stir, and skim off foam on top.
- 5 pour into sterilized jars and seal with paraffin.
