Honey Jelly

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cups honey
• 1 cup clear apple juice
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3 ounces liquid pectin

Recipe

• 1 combine honey, apple juice and lemon juice in a large pan.
• 2 bring the mixture to a boil over high heat and stir in the liquid pectin.
• 3 bring to a full boil again and boil for one minute.
• 4 remove from heat, stir, and skim off foam on top.
• 5 pour into sterilized jars and seal with paraffin.
