Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 ounces ginger ale
Recipe
- 1 in a medium saucepan combine water and sugar. cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. remove from heat. stir in ginger ale.
- 2 pour ginger ale mixture into a 2 quart baking dish. cover and freeze about 6 hours or until completely frozen, stirring after 2 hours.
- 3 just before serving, break up mixture with a fork until fluffy.
