Ingredients

- 4 cups tomato juice, chilled
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 3 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender, adding one ice cube at a time.
- 2 blend until smooth.
- 3 serve immediately.
