Squash Seeds With Chilli & Salt

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 butternut squash, seeds only
  • 1/2 red chili pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 remove the seeds from the squash and remove the membrane from the seeds (this is by far the most time consuming bit!).
  • 2 heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the chilli, a pinch of sea salt and the squash seeds, then heat through and serve immediately.
