Mengo Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 mango, ripe and juicy
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup soymilk
  • 1 -2 lime, juice of
  • 5 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 peel mango, then slice it right over the blender jar to catch all the juices.
  • 2 once you've cut off the big hunks of mango, just squeeze your hand over the whole thing to get as much of the flesh and juice as possible.
  • 3 add all the other ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
