- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2/3 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup sparkling water
Recipe
- 1 stir icing sugar and lemon juice together in a jug until sugar dissolves.
- 2 stir in sparkling mineral water.
- 3 pour mixture into six 1/4 cup ice-block moulds.
- 4 press lids on firmly.
- 5 freeze 6 hours or overnight.
