Keep My Kids Healthy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 8 ounces nonfat yogurt (any flavor)
  • 3 oranges, juice of

Recipe

  • 1 i squeeze fresh orange juice for this recipe.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • 3 blend on high for about 1 minute.
  • 4 pour into a tall glass and serve with a straw.
