Ultra-simple And Delicious Red Radish Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch red radishes, coarsely shredded
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium tamari, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or to taste (optional)
