Strawberry Smoothie With Oj

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces frozen strawberries, or more to taste
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons milled flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 ice cube

  • blend strawberries, orange juice, milk, yogurt, flax seed, protein powder, and ice cube in a blender until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
