best all-purpose gluten-free flour blend

Ingredients

  • 5 cups white rice flour
  • 3 1/2 cups corn flour
  • 3 1/2 cups arrowroot flour
  • 2 1/2 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sorghum flour
  • 4 teaspoons xanthan gum

  • whisk white rice flour, corn flour, arrowroot flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, and xanthan gum flour together in a bowl. keep flour blend in sealed plastic bags or air-tight containers.
