- 1/2 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

- preheat oven to 275 degrees f (135 degrees c).
- spread pie filling into the bottom of a 9x6-inch baking dish. sprinkle cake mix over the pie filling; top with nuts. drizzle melted butter over everything.
- bake in preheated oven until the topping is browned, about 25 minutes.
