Storing Garlic In Oil

Ingredients

• 3 -5 heads garlic
• olive oil

Recipe

• 1 separate heads into individual cloves of garlic.
• 2 peel the garlic cloves.
• 3 cloves may be left whole, chopped or minced, whatever your preference may be.
• 4 place garlic cloves in a small jar with a tight fitting lid.
• 5 add oil to completely cover the garlic, place cover on jar and close tightly.
• 6 store in refrigerator for up to 3 months.
• 7 replenish oil as needed to keep garlic covered.
