Ingredients

- 12 ounces silken tofu
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until very smooth, about 6 minutes.
- 2 divide into individual serving dishes and chill for at least two hours before serving. garnish each portion with whole raspberries.
