Pineapple - Raspberry Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pineapple chunk
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place everything in blender and blend until smooth and frothy. poor into glass and enjoy!
