- 1/2 cup mango, diced (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/4 cups milk (i use 2%) or 1 1/4 cups soymilk (i use 2%)
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
