Orange And Mango Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup mango, diced (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/4 cups milk (i use 2%) or 1 1/4 cups soymilk (i use 2%)
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients in blender and enjoy!
