- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons tapioca
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups pitted tart cherries
- 1 pie crust
Recipe
- 1 combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until cherries are coated.
- 2 spoon into pie shell and top with pie crust.
- 3 fold edges under and flute, cut slits in top of crust.
- 4 bake at 375 for 55-60 minutes.
