Fresh Cherry Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups pitted tart cherries
  • 1 pie crust

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until cherries are coated.
  • 2 spoon into pie shell and top with pie crust.
  • 3 fold edges under and flute, cut slits in top of crust.
  • 4 bake at 375 for 55-60 minutes.
