- 2 pints strawberries, with stems
- 1/2 cup sour cream (use regular, not low fat)
- 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar

- 1 wash and dry berries. set aside. spoon sour cream and sugar into separate small bowls. place bowls on a large serving plate, or platter. use a fork to fluff sugar. arrange strawberries around bowls. diners first dip berries in sour cream, then in brown sugar.
