Ingredients
- 10 kumquats
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups sugar
Recipe
- 1 slice calamondins very thinly, removing pips. cover with water and leave overnight.
- 2 boil 20 minutes, or until clear, then add sugar and boil about 45 minutes, until it gels.
- 3 bottle in clean, dry, sterilised jars and seal.
