- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 4 drops tabasco sauce (or to taste)

- 1 combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. cover and chill until ready to use.
