Zeppole By Liz Caputo

Total Time: 11 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup aunt jemima self rising flour
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • enough oil, to deep fat fry

Recipe

  • 1 stir flour and ginger ale til smooth.
  • 2 drop by level tablespoons into oil.
  • 3 they will rise and turn a nice brown.
  • 4 drain on paper towels.
  • 5 sprinkle with confectioners (powdered) sugar.
