- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in blender container combine all ingredients and process at high speed until blended.
- 2 refrigerate until chilled.
- 3 shake again just before serving.
