Taffy Pecan Apples

Ingredients

• 4 large granny smith apples
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup half-and-half

Recipe

• 1 core apples, cutting to but not through bottom ends.
• 2 place apples in a lightly greased 9-inch square baking dish.
• 3 in a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.
• 4 spoon mixture into apples.
• 5 bake, covered, in a 375° oven for 45 minutes; uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
• 6 serve warm.
