Ingredients

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (19 ounce) can fava beans or 1 (19 ounce) can butter beans (also great)
- 1/2 lb frozen peas
- 1 lb frozen asparagus
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in pan.
- 2 sautee onion until tender.
- 3 add beans, peas and asparagus and cook over medium heat until beans begin to wrinkle.
- 4 add salt and pepper to taste.
