Sauteed Beans And Veggies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (19 ounce) can fava beans or 1 (19 ounce) can butter beans (also great)
  • 1/2 lb frozen peas
  • 1 lb frozen asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in pan.
  • 2 sautee onion until tender.
  • 3 add beans, peas and asparagus and cook over medium heat until beans begin to wrinkle.
  • 4 add salt and pepper to taste.
