Purple 'nana Smoothie

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup blackberry
  • 1/3 cup black currants
  • 1 banana
  • 5 tablespoons natural plain yogurt
  • 6 tablespoons apple juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine in a blender on preferred setting until mixed well and smooth.
  • 2 ***if making frozen treats, mix in some whole berries, to your liking and let them set to the bottom of the mold.
