  • 2/3 cup muesli, bran & cranberry muesli (21 day wonder diet: day 4)
  • 1 small pear, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup skim-milk fruit-flavoured yogurt
  • 1/3 cup skim milk

Recipe

  • 1 serve muesli topped with pear, then yogurt and milk.
