Mixed Berry Power Drink

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 7 g protein powder
  • 1/2 cup strawberry
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 add all the ingredients and ice cubes to a blender and blend at high speed.
  • 2 stop when mixture is creamy and smooth.
  • 3 add a little water if resulting drink is too thick.
  • 4 drink cold.
