Kathy's Orange Julius Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 4 ounces 2% low-fat milk
  • 4 ounces cold water

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in a blender.
  • 2 serve.
