Ingredients

- 4 cups mangoes, cubed
- 2 cups cucumbers, diced into cubes
- 1 1/2 cups distilled vinegar
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients except for salt and pepper into a bowl and toss. let this mixture set for about an hour or more to achieve maximum flavor.
- 2 serve with salt and pepper to your liking.
