Tang-breakfast Drink Jelly

Ingredients
- 3 3/4 cups sugar
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup tang orange crystals, powdered drink
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 (1 3/4 ounce) box fruit pectin (powdered)
Recipe
- 1 measure sugar and set aside.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan; mix well.
- 3 place over high heat and stir until mixture comes to a hard boil.
- 4 immediately add all sugar and stir.
- 5 bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard one minute, stirring constantly.
- 6 remove from heat, skim off foam with a metal spoon, and pour quickly into half-pint glass jars.
- 7 wipe rims, apply lids and water bath process for 10 minutes.
- 8 remove from canner and place jars on a clean, dry towel to cool.
