The Dip

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) can corn
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 2 on the stove top, combine the last three ingredients. cook until the sugar dissolves, while stirring constantly.
  • 3 once cooked, pour over veggies, mix and refrigerate.
