Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor; process until blended.
- 2 serve with fresh vegetables or baked pita chips.
