Tuscan Bean Dip (ww)

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor; process until blended.
  • 2 serve with fresh vegetables or baked pita chips.
