Post Workout Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup peeled banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup pasteurized egg substitute
  • 3/4 cup soymilk

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. serve cold.
