The Full Minty Honey

Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
Recipe
- 1 combine honey and mint in a heavy saucepan with a tight fitting lid.
- 2 warm over low heat for 10 minutes.
- 3 let stand at least 2 hours, then strain and pour into sterilized jar with a tight-fitting lid.
