Plum Liquor

Ingredients

  • 4 quarts plums
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 3 cups dark rum

Recipe

  • 1 wash and quarter the plums. fill them in a 4-quart mason jar.
  • 2 add 3 cups of dark rum and 4 cups of sugar.
  • 3 turn the jar once every day for 15 days to allow the sugar to dissolve.
  • 4 filter out the fruit bits after 16 days.
  • 5 plum liquor is ready.
