Yummu Fruit Smoothie

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 1 (6 ounce) container plain fat-free yogurt (any flavor)
  • 3 -5 ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk

Recipe

  • 1 toss all the ingredients into a blender and mix for about two minutes.
  • 2 you can also substitute any of the fruits for anything else you might like!
