Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana
- 4 frozen strawberries
- 1 (6 ounce) container plain fat-free yogurt (any flavor)
- 3 -5 ice cubes
- 1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
Recipe
- 1 toss all the ingredients into a blender and mix for about two minutes.
- 2 you can also substitute any of the fruits for anything else you might like!
