Tangy Cucumber Sauce

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced (sometimes i leave the seeds)
  • 1/4 cup watercress
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk (or plain yogurt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

Recipe

  • 1 microwave the cucumber 1.5-2.5 minutes on high, covered letting the steam escape.
  • 2 put everything in the food processor or blender and whirl.
