- 2 cups cannellini beans
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- fresh parsley (optional) or fresh rosemary (optional) or fresh thyme (optional)
Recipe
- 1 puree all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. mix in fresh chopped herbs such as parsley, rosemary or thyme if you want. serve on toasted pita wedges.
