Tangy Bean Dip

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups cannellini beans
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • fresh parsley (optional) or fresh rosemary (optional) or fresh thyme (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 puree all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. mix in fresh chopped herbs such as parsley, rosemary or thyme if you want. serve on toasted pita wedges.
