Low Fat Banana Cream Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana (cut into slices and frozen)
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 ice cubes
  • sugar (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place the sliced bananas then the yogurt, milk, dry milk powder, vanilla, ice cubes and sugar (if using) in a blender.
  • 2 blend until smooth.
  • 3 serve immediately.
