Party Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages kraft shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash ground red pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 cup chopped planters pecans

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Ready Time: 3 hrs 15 mins

  • beat cream cheese and cheddar cheese in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • mix in all remaining ingredients except pecans; cover. refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  • shape into ball; roll in pecans. serve with assorted nabisco crackers.
