cranberry relish

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh cranberries
  • 2 pears - peeled, cored, and quartered
  • 2 granny smith apples - peeled, cored, and quartered
  • 2 oranges - zested, peeled, and segmented
  • 2 lemons - zested, peeled, and segmented
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice

    Preparation Time: 20 mins Ready Time: 20 mins

  • combine cranberries, pears, apples, oranges, and lemons in a food processor; grind to a fine consistency. transfer to a large glass bowl. stir sugar, orange zest, and lemon zest into the fruit mixture. add and cranberry juice; stir.
  • cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
