Tropical Vim Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 3/4 cup soymilk (or 1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt and 1/4 cup juice, i use mango-peach or grape juice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) or 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 blend all of the above ingredients in a food processor or blender for 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
  • 2 you can add a couple ice cubes to the food processor or blender for a colder smoothie.
