Easy Smoothies

Total Time: 1 min Preparation Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup milk
  • 200 ml yogurt (any flavour, any brand-low fat if you wish)
  • 1 frozen banana

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (add ice if fruit is not frozen).
