- salt & freshly ground black pepper

- 1 halve lemons through middle (not lengthwise) and brush with olive oil.
- 2 season with salt and pepper.
- 3 grill, cut-side down, for 3-4 minutes until golden; turn over and continue to grill for additional 2-3 minutes.
