- 1 lb fresh green beans, just trim the one end and leave long
- 1 1/2 cups tiny baby carrots, sliced diagonally
- 1/2 red pepper, cubed
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh gingerroot
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in shallow micro-safe bowl and stir to mix well.
- 2 top tightly with saran wrap.
- 3 cook on high for 2 minutes.
