Ingredients
- 2 cups raw spinach
- 3 medium carrots, peeled and ends cut off
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup frozen fresh pineapple
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 8 ounces water
Recipe
- 1 put everything in the blender and puree until smooth. you may add more water until it is the consistancey you are comfortable with.
- 2 pour into two glasses and serve.
- 3 leftovers can be kept covered in the fridge for a day.
